SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS:
Same day cancellations and No-Shows are subject to a 50% charge of the services booked. We understand emergencies happen, and are happy to work with you. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make an appointment!
PRODUCT RETURNS:
Products may only be returned or exchanged if unopened and unused. Unused products will be returned for an account credit, which can be used on future services or product purchases. No refunds on any products.
SERVICE REFUNDS:
Services and tips will not be refunded. We are happy to have you back in to speak with the original service provider and discuss solutions.
GUEST ETIQUETTE:
In order to maintain a relaxing space for all clients in both salon and spa areas, we request that clients be mindful of noisy disruptions.
Please keep extra guests to a minimum.
Headphones are an excellent option for phone calls and other phone or computer noise. Please silence ring tones.
GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards are to be treated as cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift card barcodes must be present to be redeemed and will be collected once depleted.
